Whole Pork - DEPOSIT

Our hogs are raised in a large, natural outdoor environment (with puddles provided!).  They are supplemented with fresh kitchen and garden scraps, and have all of their feed soaked in excess raw dairy from our milk cow. This results in a more flavourful meat that has a satisfying texture and a good balance of fat for tenderness.  

You can enjoy pork that is free from any added hormones, chemicals or unnecessary bi-products.

In a side of our fresh pork, you can expect premium ground pork, pork chops, shoulder and picnic roasts, hocks, etc... You will also get a variety of cured meats such as hams, bacon, and sausages. 

A Whole Pork will cost approximately $1,500 total. Your remaining balance, after deposit, will be roughly $1,000 - depending on final weight.
